Delete Your Stoke Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data in the Stoke app (developed by Snow Agency ApS).

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

1. Open the Stoke app.
2. Tap the menu (top-left).
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the menu.
4. Confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted right away.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will process the request and confirm by email.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following is permanently removed from our systems:

• Your profile and account information (name, email, user ID).
• Your saved/followed spots and alert settings.
• Your surf sessions and logged activity (including imported health & fitness data).
• Spot reports and photos you have uploaded.

Data retention

Deleted account data is removed immediately and is not retained. We do not keep any personal data after deletion, except where we are required to do so by law.
